Welcome to Founder Manage, a comprehensive business management platform (“Founder Manage,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Founder Manage’s business formation, compliance management, and financial integration software, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Service immediately.

1. Introduction
Founder Manage provides comprehensive business management services that allow users to form business entities, manage compliance requirements, and integrate financial services through automated platforms, all hosted on Amazon Web Services (“AWS”). We are committed to delivering secure, reliable, and innovative business management solutions for entrepreneurs while maintaining the highest standards of transparency, compliance, and accountability. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you:
- Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
- Are authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself and your business.
- Understand the limitations and responsibilities of using automated business formation services.
- Acknowledge that continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
2. Definitions
- “Service”: Founder Manage’s business management platform, including entity formation, compliance tracking, financial integration, and related features.
- “User”: Any individual or business entity accessing or using the Service.
- “Business Data”: Information uploaded by users to create and manage their business entities.
- “Formed Entities”: Business entities created through the platform using automated filing and compliance processes.
- “Personal Data”: Information related to an identifiable individual, processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- “Business Entity”: A legal structure formed through the Service, including corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and other business forms.
- “Automation Platform”: Technology systems integrated into the Service for business formation, compliance tracking, and financial integration.
- “AWS”: Amazon Web Services, the hosting provider for Founder Manage, ensuring secure, reliable infrastructure and data processing.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age or meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Organizations must designate an authorized representative to manage their account.
- Use of the Service must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2 Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date account and business information.
- Account credentials (e.g., passwords) must be kept secure.
- You must notify Founder Manage immediately in the event of unauthorized account access.
3.3 Account Restrictions
- Founder Manage reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for unauthorized activities.
4. License Grant and Restrictions
4.1 License Grant
Founder Manage grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.
4.2 License Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
- Use the Service for unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful purposes.
- Sell, lease, or sublicense the Service to third parties.

Founder Manage provides a comprehensive business management platform designed to help entrepreneurs form, manage, and operate their businesses seamlessly through intelligent automation. Our Service includes:
- Entity Formation: Streamlined business entity creation through intuitive guided processes.
- Filing Assistance: Automated assistance with business filings and legal documentation.
- Progress Tracking: Real-time tracking of formation status with automated notifications.
5.2 Compliance Management
- Automated Tracking: Intelligent compliance monitoring and deadline management.
- Regulatory Guidance: Simplified navigation of complex regulatory requirements.
- Notification System: Proactive alerts for upcoming compliance deadlines and requirements.
5.3 Financial Integration
- Banking Services: Integration with financial institutions for business banking setup.
- Expense Tracking: Smart expense management and financial monitoring tools.
- Financial Insights: Data-driven recommendations for business financial strategies.
- Data Security: All business data is securely stored on AWS with enterprise-grade encryption.
- Business Privacy: Each user’s business data remains completely separate and confidential.
- Compliance Ready: Built to meet regulatory requirements for business data protection.
6. Subscription Fees, Billing, and Refunds
6.1 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as specified during the signup process.
- Payment is required via accepted methods (e.g., credit cards, ACH).
- Any changes to billing terms or subscription fees will be communicated via email or updates to these Terms of Service.
6.2 Refunds
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in your agreement.
6A.1 Scope of Service
When you pay Founder Manage to form a business entity, you are purchasing a bundled service consisting of:
Wyoming LLC Formation – Preparation and electronic filing of Articles of Organization with the Wyoming Secretary of State.
Registered Agent Service – Appointment of Founder Manage as your Wyoming registered agent, including designation of our Wyoming office address and receipt of official legal or government correspondence on your behalf.
6A.2 Processing of Orders
Once payment is received, our systems immediately begin preparing and submitting your Wyoming LLC formation documents.
State filing fees and registered agent service fees are transmitted at the time of filing.
Because of the speed of processing, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once filing has begun.
To complete your filing, we collect only the minimum information required by the State of Wyoming, which typically includes:
- Proposed company name.
- Organizer and/or member/manager information.
- Business address and mailing address.
- Contact email and phone number for state correspondence.
- Payment information for processing state and service fees.
All information you provide is forwarded directly to the Wyoming Secretary of State for filing purposes.
A copy of this information is stored securely within Founder Manage’s systems to:
- Display it in your account dashboard.
- Provide compliance tracking and renewal reminders.
- Maintain your registered agent service.
Information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and deleted upon termination of services, subject to legal or regulatory requirements.
6A.5 Registered Agent Renewals
Registered agent service is billed annually in advance.
Fees are non-refundable once payment is made.
You may cancel renewals by notifying us prior to the renewal date and by appointing a new registered agent with the State of Wyoming.
Failure to maintain a registered agent may cause your LLC to lose good standing with the state, for which Founder Manage bears no responsibility.
7. AWS Hosting and Security Commitments
7.1 Use of AWS Infrastructure
- The Service is hosted on AWS, leveraging state-of-the-art data centers and robust infrastructure.
- AWS ensures high availability, scalability, and compliance with global data protection standards.
7.2 Security Practices
- Data Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using advanced protocols.
- Access Controls: Role-based access ensures only authorized personnel can access sensitive data.
- Monitoring: Continuous monitoring of the AWS environment for threats or anomalies.
7.3 Shared Responsibility
- Founder Manage’s Responsibilities: Managing the security of the AWS infrastructure and Service.
- User Responsibilities: Securing user credentials and ensuring proper usage of the Service.
7.4 Compliance
- AWS complies with key certifications, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR. Founder Manage follows industry best practices for data protection and security.
8. Generative AI Disclaimer
8.1 Accuracy and Limitations
- Automated business formation services utilize intelligent systems to streamline processes, but results may require manual review and verification.
- Business formation recommendations and compliance guidance should be reviewed with qualified professionals before final decisions.
- Legal and regulatory requirements may vary by jurisdiction and business type.
8.2 Data Processing and Business Privacy
- Business Data Security: Your business data is processed securely and used only for providing the requested services.
- Confidential Processing: Business information is never shared with other users or used for general system improvements.
- Third-Party Integration: Financial and compliance services may utilize trusted third-party providers with appropriate data protection agreements.
8.3 Third-Party Service Policies
- Business formation and compliance services may be subject to third-party provider privacy policies and terms of service.
9. Data Privacy and User Responsibilities
9.1 Data Ownership
- Users retain full ownership of all Training Photos, Generated Images, and intellectual property derived from their data.
- All user data will be promptly deleted upon request, typically within 30 days. To initiate a deletion or termination, please email [email protected].
9.2 Limited Use of Data
Founder Manage only processes user data for:
- Operating and maintaining the Service.
- Providing business formation and compliance services.
- Delivering financial integration and management tools.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Ensuring security and compliance.
9.3 Business Data Responsibility and Legal Compliance
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring that business information provided complies with applicable laws and regulations.
- Users must have proper authorization to submit business formation documents and data.
- Business services are subject to applicable regulatory requirements and professional compliance standards.
10. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading business information or documentation.
- Use the Service for illegal business activities or fraudulent purposes.
- Submit business formation requests without proper authorization or legal standing.
- Upload, distribute, or otherwise make available malware, unauthorized software, or harmful content.
- Engage in activities such as unauthorized data scraping, excessive automated requests, or any actions that may disrupt or compromise the security or performance of the Service.
- Attempt to circumvent or undermine security measures, access restrictions, or interfere with other users’ use of the Service.
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others, or in any manner that violates applicable laws or the rights of third parties.
- Engage in business activities that violate applicable laws, regulations, or professional standards.
11. Service Modifications and Updates
Founder Manage may:
- Modify features or functionality for improvement or compliance purposes.
- Provide advance notice for significant changes, where possible.
- Update these Terms as needed. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
- Founder Manage aims for 99.9% uptime; however, downtime may occur due to scheduled maintenance, third-party issues, or force majeure events.
13. Termination of Accounts and Data Deletion
- Founder Manage may terminate accounts for non-payment, breaches of these Terms, or other unauthorized activities, with notice where possible.
- Users can terminate their accounts at any time by emailing [email protected]. Upon termination, all user data will be promptly deleted.
- Termination does not absolve the User of any outstanding payment obligations.
14. Limitation of Liability
- Founder Manage’s liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid in the past 12 months.
- In no event shall Founder Manage be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
15. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Founder Manage against claims arising from misuse of the Service, breaches of these Terms, or unauthorized activities.
16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
- All disputes will be resolved via arbitration in Nevada, USA, under the applicable arbitration rules.
- Users agree to waive the right to participate in any class action or collective legal proceeding.
17. Force Majeure
Founder Manage is not liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, USA. Any legal proceedings must take place in Nevada courts.
19. Feedback and Suggestions
Feedback submitted to Founder Manage becomes its property, granting us rights to use and incorporate suggestions without compensation.

21. Changes to Terms
